I have purchased two used vehicles from Suburban Chrysler of Novi and have had great service on both occasions. Even though I was buying used and, on the last occasion, I was buying something other than a Ch of Novi and have had great service on both occasions. Even though I was buying used and, on the last occasion, I was buying something other than a Chrysler product, I was treated with respect and provided all the information I needed prior to making my purchase. I was not pressured into settling for something I was not fully interested in and my salesman (Doug Mueller) went out of his way to make sure I purchased the vehicle I really wanted. I would gladly recommend this dealer to family and friends. More
I went in today to look at a Used 2005 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited for $6988. I took the Ethans's Auto Repair to check the car out. There was $1640 worth of things wrong with the car. Including valve cover gasket, Major leak from steering gear, dirty transmission fluid and leak, transmission late on gears due to low dirty fluid, seals and gaskets, brakes, Rear suspension and stabilizer link both sides. When I returned to he dealership and asked if they would fix car or make price adjustment they would not come down one penny! The salesmen was snarky and not apologetic at all. He said "Well the cars are as is." I never would have expected that Suburban would try and sell a car with so many things wrong with it and not disclose anything. The salesmen also said "we aren't a Subaru dealer so our guys couldn't have none. He also stated he didn't need to sell cars because he had his MBA." I was not impressed with his I am better then you attitude. Clearly there was something wrong with the cars rear end. Total waste of time and completely dishonest! Not to mention as a wheelchair user access was HORRIBLE. The ramp was not shoveled when we arrived and knowing we were coming back with the car after inspection it was shoveled poorly. There was also a employees truck blocking the ramp on returning. The salesmen didn't offer any assistance up the steep icy ramp and walked in front of me. I would NEVER buy a car from this dealership! More
I bought a 2 year old Chevy Traverse from this dealership. In less then one year the engine failed and had to be replaced. Luckily this was covered under warranty. A month after that the rack and pinion began to fail, leaking power steering fluid. This is going to cost at least $700 to fix. I contacted the dealership because they claim an inspection of the vehicle is done before they sell it to you, and when you pay $25,000 for something, one expects it to last at least a year! They were rude and accused me of driving the car too rough, and implied that the car trouble was my fault some how. I doubt they did any serious inspection. The car they sold me is a $25,000 piece of junk! More
My experience with Suburban Chrysler way exceeded my expectations. I was previously financed through another institution at 18%. Not only Did Mr. Bell get me what I wanted, he found a better selection o expectations. I was previously financed through another institution at 18%. The icing on the cake was the lien holder they found for me gave me a 4% financing rate! I couldn't be any happier with my purchase from Suburban Chrysler of Novi! More

I bought a 2011 Dodge back in August of 2011. My car had some issues from the get go. The dealership had it more than I did the first week or so of owning it. This past September my car started to give me m some issues from the get go. The dealership had it more than I did the first week or so of owning it. This past September my car started to give me more problems, and it was taken in to service. I was told they could not find anything wrong with it and its was in factory spec. But my problem was at any given time I would loose acceleration to my car. I could only go 10 miles per hour,even with the pedal to the floor. It happened again on November 17 and again taken to the dealership and again was told it was with factory spec and nothing wrong with it. I was driving a unsafe car purchased from your dealership and no one cared about it. I contacted Chrysler myself and filed complaints. I was asked by Chrysler to do a test drive so I did and was not able to duplicate the same problem. So at this point I went in the dealership to speak with the Sales Manager who wanted nothing to do with me. He treated me lick dirt. He stated I needed to talk to service. Which I told him I was just there with Jon Boden and did my test drive for him. And again he said I need to talk to service. I then stated I already did again. Then I preceded to tell him what was going on with my car, that I bought from your dealership. He then pointed to me to stand off to the side and called the service manager to talk to me. I did not like getting pushed aside like trash. The next day I called to file a complaint with your GM, which I left a voice mail for him to call me back. And guess what, I am still waiting for that returned call. So I called back to ask to speak with someone higher up. By this point I went to another dealership to get help, because it was obvious, I was not getting it from your dealership. I was trying to get in another car, but was told I could not get payoff on mine. I was not going to take a lose on my car, So I called back and asked for a higher up. Thats when I got Mr. Fisher Jr, what a pompis butt he is. I then told him what was going on, and if I had to I would come back to your dealership to purchase a new car, but I did not feel I should have to eat the negative equity in my car. And all he could say is all we can do is, try and refinance you. Again the car was bought from your dealership and I should not have to roll money in to another car, to get out of a unsafe car that was bought there. I can tell you this much. I will never be back to your dealership again and I will tell anyone I can how I was treated. And just to let you know I did contact all the news stations about my unsafe car and how I was dealt with my your dealership. And I will tell you this much one of the did call my back, so lets just wait til you get there call. More
