Being younger, and looking at a higher-end car, I was mostly ignored and shoved out the door and given no more information or insight about the car I was interested in than when I walked in! It was horrible. I decided to try Suburban and I'm sure glad I did!! Terri Young was the best person I could've asked to work with. She was so nice and her personality is so bubbly, you can't help but smile. She never once gave me any hesitation or a "are you sure, this is an expensive feature to add on" or any of that other BS. Not only did I find Terri Young to be time efficient and task oriented, she helped me select my vehicle and answered all of my questions, and I mean all of them, with a warmth and sincerity such the opposite of what I had experienced elsewhere. She even hand washed my car when the car wash was broken! And she stayed after the dealership closed to go through all of my new features on my 2015 Grand Cherokee (which I absolutely love!). In a market driven by dollar signs and numbers quotas, she was a genuine breath of fresh air! I'm recommending her to all my family and friends! More
