Spoke to the manager, he contacted me immediately after I complained about the sales team not communicating. He promised me in ten minutes I would be contacted and exactly in ten minutes I was. However the sales guy I spoke with never got back with me again. They were making me almost beg to buy a truck from them. Likely won’t even contact the dealer again. Extremely poor sales team. I tried to get information on 3 different trucks and my trade in value and never got anything from any of the sales people. Clearly they didn’t want to make a sale. More

Had terrible experience trying to buy a pickup truck. I was told by salesman the truck I wanted to buy is a new in the inventory and will take up to 10 days to get the title And I can’t buy it right away I was told by salesman the truck I wanted to buy is a new in the inventory and will take up to 10 days to get the title And I can’t buy it right away .So I said ok, lets start the buying process anyway( I am paying asking price,no negotiation at all)They asked for deposit I put a deposit, I sent them all my personal information,ssn,pictures of my DL, all nine yards. Next day nobody called,so I did called them,different salesman said he is with the customer and he knows about me and he will check and call me back-never happened.So on thitd day I keep calling them to get any info-nothing and on the afternoon they called and told me the truck was sold before I even ask for.Even today the truck is still in their website and in the carfax website,but they said is it sold, and obviously someone not telling the truth . So the last 2 days I called again and wanted to talk to a manager.Again they transferred me and nobody answered I left couple of VM and nobody called back. More
