New Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase My wife, Pam, and I stopped in to look at and get a price on a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and trade in our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. What a great and friendly person. He showed us new Jeeps, told us the process in purchasing and trading in our used Jeep and got us a great price for the new one as well as a great trade-in price. He had our new Jeep ready to go when we got to the dealer on Thursday night. Walked us through the paperwork, and then took us through a complete overview of the new Jeep's functioning; navigation controls, radio, lift gate, seat memory, blue-tooth phone connection, etc. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of questions.
