Several months ago I stopped by Suburban to just look at cars..nothing serious. I met Roger Bacon that day and it was literally his very first day. He was knowledgeable about his product but he was relational to the point I did not feel like I was at a dealership. He took the time and that day always stuck with me and I said once I'm ready to get a car I would be back to see roger. This past week I waltzed in looking for him. He was sooooo surprised that I randomly popped in, but it was cool. Roger remembered that day I came in and all the things that I was interested in. I work in sales and I can say that hands down the impact he leaves on people and the interactions he has gives you the best experience and by the end I was secure in my decision and he truly worked to meet my needs and help me find a way to lease my first car on my own at a reasonable price. Since there is a limited supply of Jeep Renegades in the area, Vinnie search hard and long for a vehicle that would meet my requirements. He found a Renegade with the equipment and color I would consider then made the rest of the process easy including dealing with my trade-in.
