He advised me that an electronic payment was sent to the Ford dealership that same day. I followed up with Ford yesterday and they advised that they never received a payment. Due to this issue I am stuck paying 2 car notes so my credit score won’t continue to drop. I’ve been patient with trying to give the dealership a chance to resolve the issue but this has been going on for to long and apparently is affecting 100 other customers that are in the same situation. Amanda was wonderful to deal with during my call in to the service dept and also at the time of service which was for a software recall. I took her card so I could contact her directly next time I need s the service dept and also at the time of service which was for a software recall. I took her card so I could contact her directly next time I need service since the company voicemail/text messaging appears to not function properly. Company should get that fixed or you'll start to lose customers. Amanda saved the day when I called back and she picked up the phone. Thank you Amanda!! More

I'm leaving this dealership a two-star review simply out of respect for some of the employees trying to do what they can. One star otherwise due to lack of any sort of communication regardless of the amount of respect for some of the employees trying to do what they can. One star otherwise due to lack of any sort of communication regardless of the amount of trying throughout the months of waiting. A general lack of organization and professionalism, the gross attitude towards care and commitment makes pursuing their business an easy. Any value or excitement built into the vehicle was lost shortly after while trying to pursue communication with anyone from the dealership. I'm sad to see that not all dealerships are created equal and that not all dealers care about their customers as much as many other dealerships do. If being just another number and another sale is what you strive for then this is the place for you however if you actually want to feel cared about and wanted then I suggest going to another dealership. I am sorry to say that my experience with this car dealership was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating encounters I have ever had. I left a deposit on a vehicle and waited patiently for two dealership was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating encounters I have ever had. I left a deposit on a vehicle and waited patiently for two weeks for the dealership to obtain the “title”, which I was a little skeptical since I have never heard of this in all the cars I have purchased in the past. During this time, I made repeated attempts to contact the salesperson named Robert Bell through phone calls and emails, but he claimed not to have heard from me and even stated he was out of town. I still trusted Robert because he kept boasted how they have 52 stores blah blah blah and sold me on all the typical salesman rhetoric. Since I was purchasing this car from out of state, in the mean time I coordinated and paid for an auto transport company to deliver the vehicle to me. After the two weeks had passed, I expressed interest in another vehicle that had just become available on their site, but Robert told me it had already been sold. However, I received texts from him that the vehicle was still available, without him realizing it was me and again they are waiting for the “title”. Despite this, I decided to stick with the original vehicle we had discussed for the sake of convenience and argument. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when Robert informed me that the vehicle was no longer on hold for me per the GM because I had missed one call while getting an MRI done. I had only missed one call and had immediately returned it, but he claimed he had been trying to contact me through other means. I have all texts and emails saved so I can show that there were no further correspondence. Robert then claimed he couldn’t send me emails and had his IT guy look into it which, per Robert, is the “best IT guy” even though I have been receiving emails all day as it was my work email. With the abrupt change in tone I can only conclude that they never had the truck or that they never intended to sell it to me since I was from out of state and they couldn’t get me in the dealership to try to sell me on another vehicle. Typical bait and switch from dealerships. The audacity of Robert and the dealership to claim that I was unresponsive and not available when they themselves had been out of touch for two weeks while I waited for the title is unacceptable. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this dealership, as their unprofessional behavior and games are not worth the hassle. More
