Hello Mr Greene I’ve owned a Dodge Ram since 2018 and up until recently have gotten great service. Prompt calls / updates etc. My recent experience (currently in process) is nothing short of terrible and up until recently have gotten great service. Prompt calls / updates etc. My recent experience (currently in process) is nothing short of terrible and I’m in the market looking for a vehicle and I will likely be taking my business elsewhere. I dropped off (scheduled) my truck yesterday (Monday) for 7/730am appointment to have my antenna replaced (and a multi point inspection since we are headed out on a road trip) and from the beginning it was downhill. Larry seemingly was lost looking up my record and didn’t know what I was there for and once that got straightened out was told should be done by noon. Noon comes and goes no call I call leave a message and no call back no text (all of which is very unusual base on my previous experience (was used to text updates) so I call again..Larry seemingly inconvenienced simply said they’re backed up and should be done by EOD no customer service skills whatsoever. I call again (again no text updates or calls) and leave a message he does call back later to tell me won’t be till tomorrow again seemingly put out. Wasn’t until I pressed he offered up a loaner but the car should be ready by EOD today??? I have work and kids this is ridiculous for a scheduled service / repair visit. This service experience has lost you a customer and I will steer anyone I know away from Suburban if this is not remedied quickly. Thanks Jason More

The car was a little different than the description, some minor dings and dents, cracked plastic, noise while turning, etc. I would have preferred to stick with the same salesman that took me on the test drive and that I had built a professional relationship with, but a different, but polite and professional man called me back to sell the car. It was definitely off putting, not having met the man before but dealing with him on the phone for the money aspect of the deal. Would have preferred consistency or an explanation for the switch and establishment of trust- not that there was anything at all wrong with either salesman. Overall better dealer than I had been to twice previously, excellent service by Ryan, who addressed both my dad and I as equals in the car buying process. It’s definitely important to establish and keep trust in the sales world coming from a buyer perspective. More

The service at Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep use to be fantastic. However, over the past year, it has slipped. I had a minor accident in Nov 2022. and between Lithia and Suburban Jeep I still do not have fantastic. However, over the past year, it has slipped. I had a minor accident in Nov 2022. and between Lithia and Suburban Jeep I still do not have a vehicle. I will re-iterate that -- it has been 5 months and this dealership family still cannot fix the van I am leasing. No offer of temp rental, or assistance in helping me with my current lease. There is a constant shifting of timeline, and even service members do not even know the status of my vehicle at any given moment. Beyond disappointing. When I hear it is complete (it wasn't) and then immediate had to go back to Suburban because of a check engine light, meaning they did not solve the problem. No one answers phones. No one responds to text through their system. More
Ken and Ryan made my car buying experience a pleasure. Ken was my salesperson and the knowledge he had of the non-Chrysler used car that I bought was amazing. He obviously done his homework.
