This was the largest purchase I have made thus far so this was a great deal to me. I knew I wanted a Jeep but was unsure of which Wrangler, color and top I wanted. Within the first 5 minutes of meeting Doug, he took me out to look at some. After 2 minutes of looking around I was in a white Wrangler Sport test driving it. That is the only car I drove and that following Monday it came home with me. It is perfect for me and I love it and I'm very happy with my purchase. Not only did Doug find me the perfect car, he also put up with my million texts and calls during the weekend, even when he was not working, asking all kinds of questions about the car and insurance and payments and figuring out the best way to make it happen. He made me feel like I was a priority which is hard to do because I know he had so many other customers. He is truly a special and kind person with excellent customer service and very entertaining as well. Paul was also very helpful in this process. He answered all my questions about every financial related thing about the car. He made the process so easy and quick and got me an awesome rate with great payments, above and beyond what I even expected. He also communicated with me a lot with my million texts and calls and we made everything happen in 2 business days. I have had not-so-great experiences before with other dealerships so this one surpassed my expectations. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and I even had a girl that also worked there, show me how to open the top and different things about the Jeep since she had the same one, which made me very confident with my purchase( I think her name was Melanie). Thank you everyone also for staying with me half an hour after you closed on a Monday and making sure I drove that Jeep home. Amazing Customer Service! We were greeted right off the bat by Doug Chitren when we walked in. We told him what we were looking for and within 5 minutes we were on the lot pick We were greeted right off the bat by Doug Chitren when we walked in. We told him what we were looking for and within 5 minutes we were on the lot picking out a vehicle to test drive. This was the first dealership where we had even been offered the chance to look at the inventory. Every other dealership looked up a vehicle on their computer, pulled it up and asked us if we were willing to test drive it. We liked that we were given the option to go out there and see what they had and make the choice ourselves. We found exactly what we were looking for whereas at the other dealerships, we felt like we were settling on what we could afford or what was offered. Doug rode along with us and showed us all of the options that the vehicle had to offer which was awesome! Every other sales rep gave us a quick rundown in the parking lot and sent us along our way whereas Doug showed us the value of each option while we we were on the road. This vehicle is especially important to us because we are expecting our second child at the end of October. We wanted something with room, safety features and a few luxury options. I must admit, we stopped in just to do a test drive, but fell in love with the vehicle and the fact that Doug and his manager were willing to work with us on finding the best lease option to meet our budget. The dealership closed at 6:00 PM, but the staff stayed until 7:30 PM to help us close our deal. They were all extremely pleasant and happy for us. We didn't feel rushed even though they were all there late. Doug gave us a tour of the facility and let us know who to talk to when we came in to have the vehicle serviced. He even stayed until we drove our vehicle off the lot to make sure we didn't have any questions. Hands down, the best experience we've ever had at a dealership. This was our first time leasing and we are happy with the deal we were offered and the service we received! More
