When we got to the dealership and we started asking questions to Michael, he was open and honest and chose to direct us to Rick because he felt that Rick had the expertise necessary to help us better. Rick was incredible! We came away feeling like we had a better idea about what our options were and what would be a good fit for us, and we felt respected and valued by everyone at the dealership, especially Michael, who was thoughtful enough to get us to an appropriate sales representative. It was by far the best experience we've had at a dealership, and when the time comes we will be heading back! More
