I called suburban and explained what i was looking to trade in my 2014 and get into a 2018, we met with Darius and explained what we were looking for, after looking at a few different model, we got into the perfect vehicle. Darius working with paul went over and beyond what i ever seen any car dealer do. They even stayed after closing to seal the deal and we drove out with our new car. Despite this being the end of a long day for us, his enthusiasm and good mood was infectious. He was able to find exactly what we wanted quickly, and worked with his manager Paul Alfonsi to quickly get the numbers to us in a very transparent manner. Other dealers that we spoke with had not been transparent with how the monthly payments were calculated, so it was nice that Darius and Paul were so straightforward. Paul also gave us a great deal on a trade. It was a painless experience, and we walked out of there in a better mood than we came in with. We ended up buying a car and picking it up a few days later.
