The week I reached out to Suburban I had also contacted a competitor in Kalamazoo. Both dealerships were responsive and professional. Noah and Miles were nice and helpful via text and getting me connected. The tipping point for me was Darius Edwards. Darius sent me a video of the car the next morning after our phone conversation. He was as excited about the car as me. It was a nice touch and seemed very sincere. The morning of the sale my day at work unravelled pushing my departure time back and making me late to Suburban. The folks at the dealership were friendly and did not make me feel rushed. Darius rolled up his sleeves during the negotiation and hung in there with me which I greatly appreciated. After we agreed on the numbers, Darius helped to clean up the car to get us all out of there quicker since I had a 3hr drive ahead of me and it was almost 9pm. The effort, enthusiasm, and professionalism turned my rough start to the day into an ear to ear grin. Thanks for an excellent experience. More

He actually listened to all I had to say without attempting to stear me towards any vehicle. I was so impressed with the no pressure sales tactics that when I was ready to buy I brought my husband to Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Ann Arbor.
