I don’t believe I have ever had this great of an experience at a car deal Doug E Fresh is the real deal and you would be crazy not to work with him!!! I don’t believe I have ever had this great of an experience at a car dealership ever! I was completely blown away right from the beginning. I am from the Lansing area and was shopping online and Doug reached out to me within minutes. We couldn’t make it to the dealership until the weekend but he still kept in contact and even sent us a personal video of the vehicle we wanted to look at. It was so nice and unexpected! Once at the dealership, Doug and the team did everything they could to get us in the vehicle that we loved all while making it fun! Excellent experience with Darius I came into this Jeep dealership looking to lease a new Jeep Compass. My fiancé and I were immediately greeted by Darius when we walked in and he was I came into this Jeep dealership looking to lease a new Jeep Compass. My fiancé and I were immediately greeted by Darius when we walked in and he was the best. Darius has an upbeat and infectious happy personality and made the experience a pleasure. There were no headaches, no stress, or anything negative associated with the process. He worked with me and patiently answered any questions or concerns I had. When it was time to fill out all of the paperwork it was Carrie who helped us and she was awesome as well! She was funny and made everything easy to understand. I am loving my new Jeep Compass Altitude and will be coming back to this dealership to deal with Darius in the future and recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle do the same! More

Brought my Sahara back from the auction for me! Found a great Jeep Sahara online at the dealership and decided to drive to AA the next morning to take a look. I arrived and Ryan Enderes greeted me w Found a great Jeep Sahara online at the dealership and decided to drive to AA the next morning to take a look. I arrived and Ryan Enderes greeted me with a smile and asked what I was looking for. I gave him the VIN # and he went to get me the keys...but the Jeep had left the lot to go to auction. Ryan called his boss and asked him to load the Sahara up and bring it back for me. Sure enough, they brought it back and since it was Ryan's day off the next day, he had his teammate Tom Altheide assist me with the purchase. When I arrived the next day, Tom had it filled up with gas, paperwork complete and 2 keys waiting on me before the scheduled 3 PM appointment! I was NEVER pressured to purchase even though they had brought the Jeep back for my approval without any commitment from me. Long story short, if you are looking for a car, truck or Jeep go here and nowhere else. You will be happy that you did. Thanks guys! Now to get this baby lifted and some big rims and tires under it to surprise my wife! More

He found me the car I wanted at the price I wanted the same day. We locked in a dealer trade and had me on the road very quickly. It's exactly what I want from a car buying experience; fast, effortless, and rewarding. He was a pleasure to work with along with Carrie in the finance office.
