Made 2 appoinments for front brake pads. Dropped off car twice and were called to come and gwt vehicle because they did not have the pads in stock. After requestin to talk to a supervisor, J Dropped off car twice and were called to come and gwt vehicle because they did not have the pads in stock. After requestin to talk to a supervisor, John in the service department assured me they would pick up our car replace the pads and deliver it back to our residence.. That was 3 weeks ago. .What a total lack of respect .How can you treat customers like this?? More
Now, I am back again from Sept 2023 to update you on further why this dealership is so trash, low-brow, unprofessional, and go-for-nothing business I have ever seen in my life. [Please read at the bottom my original review to see how accurate it was.] Fast forward today, I come to find out that dealership instead of fixing its service problems it decided to fix one of its customers. When attempting to resell my vehicle on the wholesale market today, I found out that Suburban Cadillac of Troy reported my vehicle as having 265,659 miles which by the way it only has 20,000 miles on it. Now, I know some might say this data entry error but excuse me those two numbers they look nothing alike. This is fraud and invasion of my privacy. They misrepresented my car’s actual mileage 1 and 2 they reported my data to a third-party without my consent. I will definitely be taking this issue up with the AG office in my state and the FTC and let’s see what they have to say about it. POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF THIS DEALERSHIP BE ADVISED YOUR DATA IS BEING RELEASED TO THIRD-PARTIES WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. Sounds like a class action if I ever saw one before.
