This was my first time getting service at Suburban Cadillac of Troy and it was a great experience! During the checking in for my oil change appointment Cameron asked me if everything has been going we Cadillac of Troy and it was a great experience! During the checking in for my oil change appointment Cameron asked me if everything has been going well with my vehicle. I had an issue and explained it to Ron and asked if I can schedule a diagnostics test. He instantly understood the issue and said that they can check the issue right away. Not only they checked it, but also got it fixed within an hour. I was so happy that Ron asked me if I had issues. I had taken my car twice to a different location for the same issue and both times they kept my car for 3-5 days telling me that they can’t find anything wrong. I was so bothered by this problem on my vehicle and didn’t know what else to do as they kept ignoring it. I am so glad and thankful I decided to do an oil change at this location and have Ron as my advisor, and the service team fix my issue so quick. I am so unbelievably disappointed with my recent purchase. I purchased a 2015 Acura RDX. I understand that used vehicles are sold as-is. That being said, I asked specific questions and was given purchase. I purchased a 2015 Acura RDX. I understand that used vehicles are sold as-is. That being said, I asked specific questions and was given misinformation. I asked if there was any known issues. I was told no. When test driving I noticed that the vehicle was a bit on the loud side at higher speeds. I was told it was the type of tire tread. After a couple days the TPMS warning system went off and I couldn't get it to reset. I went back to the dealership and they said it needed a new sensor and that I had to take it to an Acura dealership. $1056.06 later, I found that the noise was actually a bad wheel bearing and not tire tread. They said to any mechanic this would have been obvious! I also have another $2000 worth of work that needs to be done immediately! I feel like a fool for trusting what was said to me. I thought that going to a Suburban dealership would protect me from getting scammed! Wow, I was so wrong! I reached out last week to the General Manager, but have not had any response back! More
