Randy was exactly what I needed, He was kind, honest, clear and very knowledgeable. He treated me like I was his mother and took the time and made sure I understood everything.. Most days, service peopl clear and very knowledgeable. He treated me like I was his mother and took the time and made sure I understood everything.. Most days, service people are the only people some of us seniors see besides doctors and to be treated with respect and kindness is what I grown accustom to at Surburban of Troy. Appointments are always available and service is quick. Thank you. More
We had a horrible experience with Suburban Cadillac of Troy recently when purchasing two used vehicles for our children. After 2 weeks of driving, one of the vehicles died and had to go in to get fixed. T Troy recently when purchasing two used vehicles for our children. After 2 weeks of driving, one of the vehicles died and had to go in to get fixed. The amount of parts that needed replacement was shocking and we had to pay almost $4,000 to get the car in working order. The worst part was that the shop showed us photos and the parts they removed from the car and told us whoever sold us the car deceived us and did not disclose the extensive work that needed to be done on the vehicle. They showed us proof Suburban Cadillac of Troy knew about the problems (for example, dye indicated that they had run tests and knew of leaks). This is both unprofessional and intentionally deceiving. Even further, when I contacted the manager, John Hackett, he dismissed me and his email response looked as though a child composed it (extensive spelling and grammar errors that were so numerous it was laughable). Needless to say, it did not make me feel Suburban Cadillac of Troy cared about our issues (the sale was done so buzz off) nor did it leave the impression that they were a reliable or honest business. I would suggest that everyone avoid working with Suburban Cadillac of Troy and find a more professional and honest business to work with because Suburban Cadillac of Troy is neither. More

I recently visited your service center and was quite disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, the interaction with the service advisor Mike and his manager Dan did not meet my expectations for se disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, the interaction with the service advisor Mike and his manager Dan did not meet my expectations for several reasons: Lack of Communication: From the start both of these guys had an issue with communication, lack of empathy etc. Unprofessional Behavior: Mike didn't seem to care whether my car was fixed or not, Dan the manager was combative and should search for a career change. Dan has no business being in management, and quite frankly, if I was in charge of the dealership he would be gone. Service Quality: Failure to fix the issues, put blame on me as the customer. If it wasn't for Jason the General Manager, who had to stepped in, this would have been a real issue. I appreciate Jason taking his time to help. This experience has left me questioning whether I will return to your service center in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the experience for other customers. More
