I stopped in to check out the Buick Regal GS with manual trans. The employee immediately had a poor attitude and brought the car for us to test with several interior vehicle fit and finish issues and a ver trans. The employee immediately had a poor attitude and brought the car for us to test with several interior vehicle fit and finish issues and a very low fuel tank. The individual then stated that we must follow a predetermined route for the test drive. We left-drove down the street to Suburban Buick-and were quickly pleased by the experience and would up buying the vehicle from them. More
I am not an easy customer. I took a long time to make a decision, bargained very hard on price, cancelled my first appointment to take delivery and was 30 minutes late when I finally did take delivery of m decision, bargained very hard on price, cancelled my first appointment to take delivery and was 30 minutes late when I finally did take delivery of my new Buick Verano. This caused John Swanson, my Sales person, to be late to dinner for his mother's birthday. Even so, John was a pleasure work with. He never let on for a second that I was driving him crazy ( I was driving myself crazy, for crying out loud). Even while staying late, he didn't skip a single step when showing me the features of my new car. The car itself was beautifully prepared, as well. I think it is worth mentioning that John is honest, forthcoming, extremely competent and a true professional. I would refer my own mother to John...and I like her an awful lot! I also own a 2004 Buick Rainier that I have had serviced at Somerset Buick. The service professionals (yes, professionals) have been a pleasure to work with and have always done quality work. John Swanson and Somerset Buick GMC - very highly recommended. I would definitely do business with them again. More
