Sold us a lemon. After only 2 months of ownership, vehicle has major mechanical problems. Dealership refuses to accept any responsiblity or repair vehicle. Was patient until dealer would not own up to bad paint job. They assumed customer stupid and wouldn't realize if several objects hit their car and caused damage. I guess since the paint is chipping off I can go ahead and cover it with a magnet sicn that states "didn,t ride home happy." More

Sue Prewitt, El Dorado, KS. Very pleased with my overall experience, especially my salesperson Zack, he was very helpful from the first time we met up to the day i came and picked up my new SX4. I had looke experience, especially my salesperson Zack, he was very helpful from the first time we met up to the day i came and picked up my new SX4. I had looked at a silver one w/black interior but when i arrived at dealership, i changed my mine to a pearl white w/beige interior. He immediatly sent someone to another location to pick up the other car. He acted very professionly in explaining all the features of the car, he assisted in getting the car detailed, gassed up, and ready to go. He went over the owners manual thoughly, and i really liked when u set in the car, it sat up higher than most. He introduced me and my friend to the service manager, parts manager, made sure i was aware of all my service requirements. I give him 10 out of 10 on his performance and would highly recommend him and SUZUKI OF WICHITA to anyone looking to buying a new vehicle. So many things have went wrong with the car so far. But according to other reviews on the susuki sx4, im sure its just the make of the car. I will most deff buy my next car from here... just not a sx4:) More
