I really enjoyed buying a car from Suzuki. All the employees were very nice. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot everyone was ready to help. Not many dealerships employees will open doors for yo employees were very nice. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot everyone was ready to help. Not many dealerships employees will open doors for you, but Suzukis employees did. It was a wonderful experiance and I am very glad I bought a car from them. I was so excited to get a car and trade in my Sable wagon. Tony was very helpful in letting me test drive the different cars I was interested in. Everyone from the time we walked in the door was friendly, inviting, and optimistic. We were not sure that we could get a car since we have poor credit or if we could, we would not be able to afford friendly, inviting, and optimistic. Ruth along with the financial team was able to get us a loan with a great interest rate while keeping our payment was I said I wanted it. Ruth made sure that we liked the car and were happy with our purchase. There was no pressure at all and we were given the time to talk to make our decision and make sure the terms were what we wanted. We both would recommend Ruth and all of the team when you get ready for your next purchase. They can help anyone no matter what your credit. More

When I first arrived at Suzuki I was greeted by Drew Plaxton. I had showed up expecting to have the salesman jump on my like hungry sharks, but I found a much more pleasant welcome. Chris Jackson really is a sales professional and really educated me on the car buying process. Absolutely, without a doubt, the BEST in customer service. Sean couldn't have been more knowledgeable. The service and respect that I received here was phenomenal! After going through a rough time that took it's toll on my credit, buying anything became less that fun. I have been to other dealerships phenomenal! After going through a rough time that took it's toll on my credit, buying anything became less that fun. I have been to other dealerships and after they realized that they could not sell me a car, the just dropped the ball and forgot I ever existed. Not here! Jimmy Bolden and Randolph Warren were AMAZING to say the least. I explain my circumstances and not only did they go above and beyond but they never even blinked an eye that I had my past credit issues. Everyone that I had contact with here was amazing. The atmosphere that all your employees present made this a GREAT experience for me! I have left other dealerships in tears before due to the lack of compassion from the sales person.
