My defenses where down as soon as I seen how receptive they are at Suzuki of Wichita. They listen to what YOU want and what your situation is. I cant say that for other dealerships. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed and kid-friendly which is a absolute must. Sam looked at the bigger picture and we got wheels! So not only is God good but Suzuki of Wichita is good! From the moment you walk into this dealership, you know the entire stressful, car buying experience is not allowed! The first thing I was offered before anyone knew who I was and before I sat down was a dr the entire stressful, car buying experience is not allowed! The first thing I was offered before anyone knew who I was and before I sat down was a drink, and a snack, or even lunch if I wanted it! We took a moment to collect my information, talked about my families needs, and what we were looking for when purchasing a vehicle. The lending process was explained in great detail, allowing us to make our own informed decisions. There was no pressure to buy any certain type of vehicle. They just wanted us to buy something that was going to be what we needed, all around. They gave us time to talk privately, and to consult our own forms of research to compare with their numbers. Never once did we feel "strong armed" and they never once said anything negative about their competition. When other dealers were brought up, they focused on what Suzuki could do for us, and what made Suzuki stand out from the competition! All too often, you hear dealers slamming other dealers, and that makes this consumer feel very uncomfortable in an unprofessional setting. This dealership and its sales men actually listen to you as a customer. Your not just another check mark on a list of commissioned sales. You are a person who is driving a vehicle off their lot, going home to live your life, and they want to see you drive away happy and comfortable. Tony was an amazing guy to work with. He knew our price range, talked to us about the basic needs we had for our purchase, and after we found the vehicles we were going to choose from, he showed us the bells and whistles. They sold us our 2012 Grand Vitaria before we even knew about all the awesome features it had! The whole experience was about what we needed, not what they thought we were looking for. They focused on us, not the vehicles. I can't say it enough... If your looking for a new or used vehicle, skip all the stress and go see Markus and Tony at Suzuki of Wichita. More
From the very first time I called Suzuki, everyone was very helpful. Drew Plaxton answered my call and was very helpful. When I actually came into the store a few weeks later, I was greeted by Sean Jantz, whom I had known previously. Sean was great. He was straight up and honest with prices and what I could actually afford. He showed us every car that could fit into my budget and even went so far as to pull the car up and have the air conditioning running when it was time for a test drive. Chic Fernandez was also a great help. He was polite and got us the best deal possible, even giving a few discounts in order to make the payment more comfortable for me. Overall, it was a great experience with the entire crew and I look forward to doing business with Suzuki of Wichita again. Cody Beaton More
I enjoyed going here because it was FUN. It wasn't the typical "Well I guess I got to deal with car salesmen because I need a new car." Since they are not paid on commission they truly are there to be friendly & get you the car you want. No matter the price. Commercials always say "No Hassle", yet it is. This truly was no sharks & no hassle. During waiting time for papers & the cars, they spent time talking to you & getting to know you. They get their job done, too. They find you the car you want. In the price range & let you know all the details as they should. It was a great environment. I want to go back just to socialize! More
I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I have bought several vehicles in the past from other large companies in Wichita and the experience was nothing co to purchase a new or used vehicle. I have bought several vehicles in the past from other large companies in Wichita and the experience was nothing compared to the services I received from Suzuki of Wichita. I actually stopped in a couple of weeks before and was getting parts for another Suzuki I had purchased from a dealership in Augusta about 4 years prior. I saw Drew (he did not approach me trying to sell me something - he just directed me to the parts department). When I was finished ordering the parts, I asked him if they had any deals on cars and if he would work with me on trading in the Vitara I owned. He said yes and that they would work with me. I was wanting something more fuel efficient. I gave him my number and told him what I wanted to pay a month and he told me that they would work something out. A couple of days later, I came in to pick up the parts and he visited with me again and showed me a variety of options. I actually came back a few days later to see what they could work out. I picked out a vehicle and they visited with me and asked me some questions about monthly payments (with absolutely no pressure). He brought Roger (I will call him the finance man) and he said he would go crunch the numbers. He did and got me a better payment than I asked for. The people at the dealership were great. There are several in there that are Christians and the owner is one himself. They walk the walk - and it shows in their mannerisms and the way they treat their customers. I am sold on this company and their professionalism and integrity that I witnessed. I don't think I will ever go to another dealership other than this one. There is no pressure, no haggling, it doesn't take all day and they are very hospitable. More
I called the dealer early on the 30th of July to inquire about a Ford Ranger listed on their website. I talked with John and made an appointment to see the vehicle on the same day. John met me at the reception desk and I was immediately impressed with his courtesy and professional bearing. He called me "Mr Burch" and I was pleased that he did so. Most younger people use the first name when first they meet. Anyway, that got us off to a good start. He kept me informed of the proceedings, and everything went smoothly throughout the morning and early afternoon to a successful sale of the truck. This was one of the nicer experiences I have had in my long life of dealing with car salesmen. John should be commended for the most respectful way that he dealt with me. Called to have transmission filter and fluid replaced. They said transmission flush I said no I want the filter replaced. They asked the lead mechanic there and he said it has NO filter. So the lead mechanic there does not know what he is doing or just cares about numbers and a flush is faster then replacing the filter. !!!!!!!!DO NOT TRUST Suzuki of Wichita SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!! Called Suzuki Dealer Service Dept in Fort Reily and in Kansas City both said it had a Filter. More
