We bought 2 vehicles from this dealership... and 2 more about 2 and a half years ago... we came back because of the way we were treated in the past... although our income is pretty good we had to file a ba about 2 and a half years ago... we came back because of the way we were treated in the past... although our income is pretty good we had to file a bankruptcy because I had a heart attack and quadruple bypass surgery at 39 years old... and had no health insurance... even knowing we were a credit challenge... Sam and Jimmy treated us like royalty! We have a ;arge family and they got us into a VW Routan for the family and my wife travels as a nurse and needed a good commuter car... so they sold us a 2012 SX4 crossover... we are VERY happy with both vehicles but are even happier with the way Sam handled everything... Jimmy too! Our lives are stressful enough with 4 children but they even made the kiddos happy with games and sodas and popcorn!! That was a feat in itself!! There were a few glitches along the way as there always are... but Sam adn Jimmy handled them with perfection! My wife HATES buying vehicles... but thanks to Sam and Jimmy the next time we are in the market we will return to Suzuki of Wichita. The stress of buying a car just did not exist thanks to these two great guys!! More

He said he'd do everything he could to get me into the best vehicle for me, and he delivered! John immediately showed interest in my situation, my family, and myself - it felt like I was working with family! Not only did I get a very personalized experience, I got a great vehicle (inside my original price range, and everything I wanted in a car). They, John and Chic, went above and beyond what I expected, but also what I feel like I deserved. Can't thank them enough! What impressed me the most was that even though Sam was quite knowledgeable about the various Suzuki models of automobiles, when he wasn't quite sure about a question I asked him, he immediately sought the assistance of a more experienced sales professional to help answer my questions, never once did he try to BS his way through it, or just ignore my question and attempt to divert my attention elsewhere, like has been my experience with many car salesmen in the past.
