Bought a new car totally unexpected My husband wanted me to drive a Subaru. but I was totally reluctant and had made up my mind that I would do it to please hium, but there was no way th My husband wanted me to drive a Subaru. but I was totally reluctant and had made up my mind that I would do it to please hium, but there was no way that I would like it remotely. Once I drove it and the Saleman, Travis had me do a couple of "out of the Normal" things while I was driving, I was completly shocked at finding myself wanting this car! The Salesman gave me "eye-opening" facts and showed me features that I was so convinced that this was without a doubt the car I would own. I can't say anything but good about our experience with the entire staff at the dealership!! We are excited to get to know them all much better. We live 100 miles away from the dealership so we are looking forward to getting to know the paople who are Subaru of Wichita. Thank you Travis!!!! More

There was a minor miscommunication on when the downpayment check was to be withdrawn, but again Jesse was able to make it up to me. Without a question, I would recommend the dealership to any one of my friends and family. More

He's honest, forthright, and kind. He respects his customer. He accompanied us on test drives, then when we turned down his best offer, he followed up with a thank-you call the next morning. There was simply no pressure, and so when we decided on our 2013 Outback, we felt entirely pleased. It felt as if we were working with a friend, and for a very simple reason. Fred doesn't have to be a salesman. He is instead a gentleman first and last, allowing the customers to sell themselves on their ideas. More
