Knew exactly what I wanted and was just trying now to attain it. Wichita Subaru called me within 20 minutes of my inquiry. I confirmed with them what I wanted exactly. They called back within an hour with positive results. Car was found and they could add my options. Shortly there after we had an agreement on the price. When the deal was completed we scheduled delivery. I got a cheap one-way rental car and drove the 161 miles to Wichita. Local dealers were not helpful. One even telling me it was wrong time of the year to buy a BRZ. They didn't have the vehicle, but they still wanted me to come in and talk about it. I treat these purchases as commodities. Do you have it? Can you get it? and How much? Got a great price and discounts on my options. They even programed the GPS for me to avoid all highways on my way home with my new car. What do you say when you ask something of someone and they meet or beat your expectations? Perfect! Give them a try you won't be disappointed. More

I had already visited a Subaru dealership and decided on the vehicle, trim, package, options, and accessories. As an Internet shopper I also have the help of unlimited tools/websites at my fingertips - these tools allowed me to understand the pricing model and the full price breakdown of any given vehicle. Very few dealerships have caught on and shifted their sales model to attract such shoppers. This dealership is an exception! They understand that you don't need a huge margin in every sale if you can compensate it with volume!! In my case, I was interested in the lowest total price for my vehicle, caring sales staff, and highly efficient/quick transaction without any hassles. The Subaru of Wichita sales staff got back to my emails within 24hrs and dealt with all my requests efficiently. They also came in with the lowest price without trying to pad their numbers. FYI - I rejected one local dealership who preferred to deal with my in-person, and I rejected another dealership when they gave me a lower base price but padded their numbers on the accessories! With the tools available on the Internet I was able to call their BS right away. Delivery: I drove in from 165 miles away to pick up the new car and I didn't want to waste any time at the dealership. I expected everything to be ready to go when I walked in. These guys were on the money! I spent less than 15mins to complete the transaction. I handed over the keys and title to my old car (trade-in) and picked up the keys & papers for the new car. I won't hesitate to recommend or do business with them again. More

Well, besides being impressed with the car, we were extremely please with our salesman, Travis Nebergall. We appreciated the way Travis listened to us when we shared with him what we were looking for in a new car. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. I especially liked how he didn't rush us and didn't pressure us. He gave us time to make the right decision. We also appreciated Scott Thomas, who worked with us on the final costs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, unlike some other dealerships who are just there to sell you the most expensive vehicle on the lot, the sales team at subaru do not pressure you at any point during the sale. The financing department is also very friendly, they will do anything to get you the best rate possible with what you got and multiple lenders to finance through. I'd like to thank Jesse Powers and Adrian xxxx in sales for getting me into my first corvette and Tony Sovano, Samuel Cheyney in financing for making it happen, I will continue to recommend your dealership to anybody looking for a new vehicle. I had a few questions on the 2015 Legacy and ended up buying one. Everyone on the sales side had all the answers I needed and treated me very well. It was very relaxed and an all around good experience. The service center didn't do any favors to this experience though. I had to bring my new car back to get remote start put in and they didn't even notice that the steering column wan't put back together correctly. They also didn't notice all the greasy finger prints on the headliner. I had to come back a second time for them to wipe off the fingerprints. More

Zach is very friendly on the phone and through the process met any need that came up. For example, I was losing the charge on my iphone and he rustled up a cable so I could get it charged. The car was ready for a test drive when we came in. I really have a strong preference with the process they use to get the administration done. Although, they do use multiple people for finance etc they made it easy and came to you and Zach was with you most of the time. The easiest process I have seen. The dealership has a comfortable lounge and good soda, coffee, snacks while you wait. I wish I could have gotten $1000 more on the trade-in but I am still happy. I felt catered to. I also love the Miata! More
