We have never encountered better salespeople than Jesse and Sam. With so many shady car salespeople in the business, we can't express how refreshing it was to deal with such honest, helpful, genuine people. This is the very best place to purchase a vehicle, hands down. These two young men spent so much time on us, never once making us feel as if we were inconveniencing them. They answered every question we had, and when they didn't have an answer, they went and found it and got back to us right away. We can not say enough good things about our experience with Subaru of Wichita. My husband and I have high expectations, especially when spending a good chunk of money on a large purchase. They not only met our expectations, but exceeded them in every category. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, you can save yourself a lot of time, trouble and frustration and just go straight to these guys. They do not disappoint. More

I set up an appointment for a test drive and they were waiting on me when I walked into the sales area. All those I worked with were very professional. We were able to work out a deal and I drove away with the Outback. The facilities are great and the staff was friendly and professional.Thanks especially to Jesse and Adrian helping us out. More
Awesome Experience! I was referred to by my friend Jefferey Hammersmith who had purchased a WRX through this dealership. There were several vehichles that I thought would be a good fit for me both quality and price wise. From the first phone call made to SoW I had an excellent experience. Travis Nebergall stayed with me through the entire car purchasing process. The continuaty in care was greatly appreciated. Hearing that SoW salesman were not commisioned based helped encourage me that I wasn't going to recieve an annoying sales pitch. The credit rating I recieved through the finance dept was not a good as I had hoped but was not far off. Travis showed me on my credit report where the single issue was and assisted me in attempting to eliminate it from my credit report for future purchases. I have had the vehichle for 3 months now and am very satified with my purchase. Travis even helped get my friend a referral check for advising me to check out SoW. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, but they were true to their word from the very beginning. Fred made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible, and I was in and out in no time at all. I've been to other dealerships that make you spend all day as you go back and forth between the salesperson and every other person that works at the establishment, as they haggle for the best price and try to talk you into unnecessary add-ons. At Subaru of Wichita, though, there was none of that. They are there to sell amazing vehicles and make the customer happy. :-) More

I had read positive reviews online about Subaru of Wichita, so I thought I would contact them and see what they could offer. I sent and email and I was quickly contacted by Scott. Scott was prompt and helpful. The dealership bent over backwards to make the deal possible. In the end they were $300 cheaper delivered to my door than any dealership in Southern California. But more importantly they were complete transparent about all the pricing of the transaction including their hold-back on the car. Unique experience, really liked the way they do business and will recommend them to friends and family. More

If your product is as good as good as you say it is then why is the protection plan the tool you use for bargaining? We know the protection plan is money in your pocket and not a true savings for me. To get a discount I had to purchase the protection plan just to get something for our Monet. The staff was friendly and knowledgable of the product. More
I went up and down dealer row and Adam was the best. I spent about three weeks visiting and talking to 10+ dealerships during the selection process for my most recent vehicle purchase. Adam really stood I spent about three weeks visiting and talking to 10+ dealerships during the selection process for my most recent vehicle purchase. Adam really stood apart from the rest when it came to meeting my specific needs from a car dealer, the interaction was non salesey and easy to start and stop over the course of my research. Here are some quick pros and cons for my experience buying a car from Subaru of Wichita Pros: 1) Adam was exceptionally patient with me. I took up a good amount of his time during this and never once felt rushed or like I was being shepherded towards a purchase. I really got the sense that Adam just wanted to make sure I had everything I wanted to make my decision. 2) Subaru of Wichita wasn't salesey. I worked briefly with Travis as well and he was also no pressure. 3) Ultimately, my process for decision making was originally purely based upon my vehicle requirements and price, and Subaru won that. Adam was however the only dealer I interacted with out of 10+ that made an impression that was worth including as part of my decision making process. I had some other dealers (Mcgavock across the street mostly) that were so pushy I found my self arguing with them and leaving in frustration. 4) Value, I feel like I got a lot of vehicle for the money here. The original group of vehicles I was evaluating was over 20, and as I narrowed it down the Subarus began to really outshine the competition on features and cost. At final four in the selection process it was actually 3 subarus and 1 other vehicle. 5) Test drive experience. They let me test drive a vehicle with and without a salesperson, this was nice and not something that all of the dealers did. 6) Procurement. In the end my specific vehicle requirements were met, but Subaru of Wichita didn't have one on the lot that matched. They worked with other dealers to find a match and have it shipped to them in under a week. Cons 1) Adrian got a little salesey with me during the trade in evaluation process when I was really just looking for a number. He did notably back off after a bit of being pushy though. More

The Subaru Team looked high & low, finally finding my car in Houston. They were persistent without being pushy. They really didn't try to sell me a car or accessories I didn't want. More
