Customer Service is a JOKE! Owned truck 2 months now and making bi-weekly payments. It has been in their shop all but 1 week of that time after being delivered DIRTY (after told it was being detailed). I do not live in the same town as this dealership, I have left numerous messages at the store, sent numerous(4) emails to Tom White and have received NO updates! Was told this was a luxury "Big Horn Edition", which it is NOT, according to the tag office and my insurance company. It sat in their shop a FULL MONTH with no repairs done, not even this simple oil pan leak being addressed. Was told when the truck went back in their shop for round 2 of the same repairs (plus more issues), this truck repair would be "top priority". I still have not received a simple courtesy update, even after that being my biggest complaint the 1st go round. More

Very positive experience . Our salesman, Betai, particularly a positive as extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and was very responsive to any requests we ha . They do all the talking at tables in the main lobby, no back office with the high pressure sale. One of the employees from "Administration" who joined our salesman first time we talked about price was a bit pushy, but everyone else just seemed helpful and less pressured. A Manager, Scott for us most of our visits, was in the main lobby and would talk with us when waiting for our salesman to be free and also answer questions in a low pressure manner. Our salesman would also make appointments to meet with us again to minimize the time spent waiting. More

After about a month of looking, I found one I was interested in, here at Subaru of Wichita, but I live in Ohio!!! Well, Emilee took every picture I needed or wanted!! Every angle, every view, I'm talking a real work out! Even willing to FaceTime it! The car was shipped to me and came in way better condition than I thought!!😀The sales team I worked with Emilee & Scott are simply the best! And I am truly blessed and greatful for their honesty and trustworthiness in making this purchase from halfway across the country! This was one of the best car buying experience I have ever had and I would recommend this dealer ship and it's personnel to everyone! Thank you, thank you, and God Bless! Wow, I'm still blown away! professional Went internet shopping for a particular Camaro special edition(Indy 500 commemorative edition) and found it at a Subaru dealership. I live in Southern Went internet shopping for a particular Camaro special edition(Indy 500 commemorative edition) and found it at a Subaru dealership. I live in Southern Cal. Emilee worked with me and my bank to make the sale as smooth and seamless as possible. As soon as I got my check from the bank and my insurance documents from AAA, I was on the plane to Wichita. Emilee picked me up from my hotel the next morning and proceeded to the Dealership where all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. I was treated as though I was a local buyer and would be doing repeat business with them. If I ever need a Forester, I probably will! I was ready to drive my car home but Subaru of Wichita had a nice lunch spread put out and I couldn't resist some deli sandwiches and pizza. Thank you Emilee and staff for a great time. More

Preston, our sales person, explained all the features of several models and then he let us decide if any were what we were looking for. We purchased an Outback and he went over all of the features, but in a few days I had forgotten many. We called him for several questions and he has always been helpful. After we had the car a short time Joe Herrman contacted us to go over any questions. He is a great asset to your organization. Joe was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and made sure we know how all the features of our Outback (it had all the options). It was a pleasure meeting these two gentlemen and the parts manager. Thanks for everyone’s help. More
