The impression from using the internet was that Wichita Subaru did not have the model I was looking for but I did want to at least take a peek at an Outback before ordering and driving to Nebraska. I had 2 Costco quotes from other dealers before I went to look. Mark found me on the lot taking a look and trying to avoid a salesman. We hit it off right away and I was impressed they had the exact model and color I was hoping for there and the first price quoted was worth me not going elsewhere. Kudos to Subaru of Wichita. His "no pressure" approach and extra effort helped me find the vehicle that best suited my needs and budget. This was my fifth experience with car dealerships as a single female and rates far above the others mainly because of the way I was treated by Grant. The finance person was also respectful and gave explanations of the paper work that I could understand. More
