The interest rate that I am being charged is not disclosed. From the salesperson I get a printout of costs and my monthly payment, but not the interest rate I am being charged. I left with the feeling they did not want me to see the interest rate in fear I may finance it through another bank at a lower rate. To be fair I did not ask. I may have gotten a great deal, I can't tell anyone about it because I don't know.... Everything should be disclosed before purchase. That happened to me again with the return in my last Subaru lease three years ago. The sales person said as I was signing the paperwork "you should be happy you're buying a new car". I told him "I don't know what you're going to charge me for return repairs until I buy the new car, how can I be happy?" I was not charged anything, but if they told me that before I purchased the new car I would have been very happy. That was three years ago, and now It's simply unnecessary to not know where you stand before signing the dotted line. When you are given a quote by the dealership before you place an order it should be honored when it arrives. What is covered by the return repair forgiveness should be clear, but it is very vague and I felt was left up to interpretation. I went back and forth several times with the sales person for clarity. I had to talk to the manager several times because they reduced the original quote given to me in September by $1000. Chris the manager then offered to increase the reduced quote by $500 after he saw I was getting very upset. I had made a couple payments on the car since the September quote and the buyback for the car was over $600 less. So the dealership would need to pay over $600 less for my car to buy it out. The new car came in November, 6 weeks later and they still tried to reduce the offer for my car by $1000. I am still left wondering why that $600 was just blown off or not considered to be applied as a credit towards the new car. I do love the car though. More

Had an issue with return of leased vehicles at this dealership in the past for 2 vehicles consecutively. Late payment notices. Collection calls for paperwork that should have been handled.
