I felt the cost of labor was way out of line. More for labor than parts. However I would like to thank Jason Remington (service advisor) for his accommodating my needs. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a rental and he kept me informed of everything as it was happening. Truly a pleasure to have worked with him. He was pleasant and patient and I hope to deal with him should I visit Subaru service again.

Unfortunately I had to stop by because the drain plug wasnt tightened on my first oil change with my new Crosstrek. However, Nick got me in and out quick.
