We were in the market for two vehicles, but had not considered buying two from the same dealer. The only reason for the slight downgrade is that it still took a while to work through all the paperwork - it would seem this could be streamlined. In any case, the dealership made sure we were comfortable during the entire process and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

After my 07 outback died on me, James shamis found another outback for me that he thought I'd love (he was right I do love it) he was great helping me work around my budget (having my car break down a another outback for me that he thought I'd love (he was right I do love it) he was great helping me work around my budget (having my car break down and not having a crazy amount set aside) he got my payments to an amount I could handle with my finances and they also paid my car off and picked it up from my house. Everyone was very friendly and the process of buying a new car went pretty smoothly in my opinion. Thank you guys for fitting me in kinda last minute, I love my new car! More

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I've had fair / not unpleasant experience with Carbone Subaru since 2015. Have been able to work with sales & service personnel in the past. Made appointment to have recall service for my vehicle. I was told this would take 4 hours to complete. Since my car would be tied up most of the day, I also requested oil change and removal of my snow tires to summer tires. Car appointment was for 9:15. I arrived by 8:45, gave them my car and had to have a rental vehicle so I could go to work. They have my car for 6 hours AND NEVER TOUCHED IT. Their excuse was short handed due to COVID virus restrictions. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR NOT SERVICING MY VEHICLE WHEN AN APPOINTMENT IS MADE!! THAT'S WHY WE MAKE APPOINTMENTS!!! SERVICE TECHS. SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO THE CAR THAT HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!!!!!! ADDITIONALLY I HAD TO PAY FOR RENTAL @ $ 25.00 FOR THE FREAKING DAY - WHICH I PUT ON APPROX. 25 MILES TOTAL. SINCE CARBONE SOLD TO ANOTHER LARGER DEALER, THEIR SERVICE AND HAVING THE CUSTOMER BE FIRST IS A THING OF THE PAST. WILL CONTACT SUBARU HEADQUARTERS TO AIR MY COMPLAINT AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GIVE ANOTHER COMPANY THE SUBARU BRAND TO SELL LOCALLY. More

Being stubborn on my search, he didn't give up and made me feel important. Finally meeting him face to face, along with the other people he had searching, they mentioned they had the same make, model, year and color in stock but was only limited on the sunroof, and the sunroof and the car being orange was a struggle. I took the car for a test drive, felt just like my old one and I was interested immed. There was a few things that needed some assistance and he made sure it went through the shop to be touched up and ready to rock and roll . His service and dedication to being a salesman goes above and beyond the position he's in because he wants you to be comfortable and he won't leave you hanging, and he has a great experience on knowing the vehicles and won't leave you clueness on a question and will have great feedback. He is loyal in the position he holds... The service is great, the people are great and I would give them more than 5 stars for their great community interactions and customer service!!! Thank you! We finished the deal and got the great pleasure of meeting and listening to Ricky Z "tickle the ivories" on the showroom piano while we enjoyed meeting other customers!
