I would say I did not expect it to take almost 2 hours for me to pick up my car. I believe there was a delay for me while the salesman had to take care of someone else. It was a rush for me to sit in the for me to pick up my car. I believe there was a delay for me while the salesman had to take care of someone else. It was a rush for me to sit in the car and learn about all the features. I didn’t have time to inspect the interior. When opened the back the next day it was filthy as was some areas of the interior. It was never detailed and I find that unacceptable. I had to take it back and wait for it to be cleaned. Then I had to show the person who cleaned areas he missed. In my opinion the car should have been inspected by the salesman prior to my picking it up since detailing isn’t done well based on my experience. I do want to give high praise to Gina who greets customers. She was very kind and understanding of my situation. She is an asset to your dealership. More
Everything went well until it was time to drive away with my new car. After arriving on time for the 10AM appt made 4 days earlier, paying for the car and wrapping up all the paperwork, I was told to wait in my new car. After 4 (four) hrs later and very hungry at 2PM, I emerged to find the sales crew oblivious of my plight. One of the sales managers offered me lunch after I reported my situation and asked if there was a way to get something for lunch as I was getting very angry with the whole situation and being so hungry. After eatting a couple pieces of pizza and drinking some water, I felt human again and the car was finally ready to leave. The salesman went over technology things inside the car and I drove out at 3:15 having arrived at 9:55 am. More
