Joanne, Jo Jo as I like to call her, wrote up my vehicle with a smile. My vehicle’s oil was changed by a team of technicians to get my service done in a timely manner. Paul understood what we were looking for in a new vehicle and undertood what was important to us. He answered our questions and explained the many features of the car. The purchased went smoothly and paperwork with Mo went well. Our experience at the dealership and with Paul Snyder was excellent; he even took us on a tour of the dealership so we would feel comfortable when we came in for service. There was never any pressure at any time. Paul gave us his cell phone number and encouraged us to call any time we had any questions in the future. If I wasn asked to rate Paul it would be a 10 out of 10. More
