I normally don't write reviews, but these guys deserve 5 stars. I bought a used vehicle from Mike Green, who was phenomenal to work with- He was friendly, honest, and knowledgable. The vehicle I purchased needed to be serviced, but the service department took care of everything- Mike S in the service department was a huge help and he was also awesome to work with. Both the sales department and the service department took the stress and the hassle out of everything. More

Jim was great with having cars available and working with us to get a fair deal. A few points off for not giving as much detail on the vehicle and failing to mention the car only had one remote. Asked for the second remote after we signed papers and was told it only had one. Now it’s a cost of $200-$400 more to get a second remote. All the deals I’ve done throughout the years I’ve never ran into this problem. And if so it was mentioned before closing or a remote was made available. Car needs to be detailed as well. Missed some scrapes and marking throughout that we asked to be cared for and said they would be but weren’t. Possibly if I had bought a new car it would have been different and more attention to the details but I don’t think that should be based on new or used. More

We were in the market for two vehicles, but had not considered buying two from the same dealer. The only reason for the slight downgrade is that it still took a while to work through all the paperwork - it would seem this could be streamlined. In any case, the dealership made sure we were comfortable during the entire process and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
