I was extremely impressed with Joann (first contact before bringing the car in) and also Nick (who handled the repairs on the day you had the car), as Service Advisors. I received a video via text message whereby he did a video/audio walk-through of the issues found, repairs done, and the upgrades installed. With regard to answering phone calls, I have found it difficult in the PAST to get an Advisor on the phone when I call. I realize the Service Department is very busy though!
