Everyone in the dealership was welcoming and helpful. We ended up with Justin as our sales person and we are delighted with the service he offered us. His information about car specifics was immediate, thorough and presented in a friendly, competent manner while not ever seeming at all pushy. He easily answered any question we threw his way and offered some details that we didn't even realize we needed/wanted. This is by far one of our very best experiences in buying a new car and we have had many experiences over the years! He was very thorough in orienting us to our new car - moreso than my husband and I can ever remember with any other new car experience. He offered followup support multiple times and I feel very comfortable in contacting him with questions in the future, not because he did not explain something about my new car but because there is so much to learn about all the safety features it has that I might need a refresher course! We definitely have had a 5 star plus experience with Subaru and look forward to continuing with the service for our car offered there. More
Bradley and Sean were excellent. The purchase wasn't without complication - problem with electronic transfer of funds, access to DMV - but that was beyond their control. Bradley put in extra effort when I changed my mind which vehicle to purchase during the wait to process things. Sean worked to jiggle the financing in order to add some service plans. Oil change ran late, tech apologized and service advisor apologized. Those efforts went a long way as acknowledgement is sometimes all it takes. I was extremely impressed with Joann (first contact before bringing the car in) and also Nick (who handled the repairs on the day you had the car), as Service Advisors. I received a video via text message whereby he did a video/audio walk-through of the issues found, repairs done, and the upgrades installed. That video demonstrated his level of expertise and professionalism! This video is a nice addition! I am a very pleased customer regarding these services! With regard to answering phone calls, I have found it difficult in the PAST to get an Advisor on the phone when I call. I realize the Service Department is very busy though! Note: I arranged my own rides, there and back, rather than waiting at the Dealership. More
