He easily answered any question we threw his way and offered some details that we didn't even realize we needed/wanted. This is by far one of our very best experiences in buying a new car and we have had many experiences over the years! He was very thorough in orienting us to our new car - moreso than my husband and I can ever remember with any other new car experience. He offered followup support multiple times and I feel very comfortable in contacting him with questions in the future, not because he did not explain something about my new car but because there is so much to learn about all the safety features it has that I might need a refresher course! We definitely have had a 5 star plus experience with Subaru and look forward to continuing with the service for our car offered there. More
