I have a warranty on my car that covers over 100 things but evidently this warranty didn’t cover. The person didn’t really look at my coverage he just told me it wasn’t covered. We just purchased a new Subaru from Subaru of Utica with the best possible experience we had at any dealership that we ever purchased a car from. From our initial conversation with Joe Lydon (Salesman) to s the best possible experience we had at any dealership that we ever purchased a car from. From our initial conversation with Joe Lydon (Salesman) to signing the paperwork, our experience with Joe was in the upmost professional manner. He made a stressful experience into a very enjoyable one. I felt like we were treated like VIP's. He took the time to show us the service and repair departments, the customer lounge, (the water and pop corn machine) and made us feel entirely welcome. He was a very personable individual who insured that we were informed about everything the vehicle had in options. He spent a couple of hours explaining everything to my wife and insured she was confident to drive out of the dealership in a safe manner. ( Never experienced that type of concern before anywhere.) It didn't stop there, The General Sales Manager Brandon Jones came over and introduced himself and thanks us for choosing his deanship and wished us well on our new purchase. He said he was happy for us getting the new ride.. The Delivery Specialist Valon Delia introduced himself and told us to call with any issues about the options, questions or anything we wanted to ask about our new outback, he would be glad to assist. He wanted us to make an appointment with him to go over anything that we had questions with after a week of owning the car. Again never experience this before at any dealership. I recommend this car dealership to anyone thinking about purchasing a new Sabaru especially if you can get Joe as a salesman. Again I can't thank Joe Lydon enough for making us feel at home and answering any questions, concerns etc., in a very professional way, we even laughed about a few things. More
