The dealership facility is very nice, spacious, modern and clean, and everyone I met seemed friendly. Lots of inventory. However I didn't like that the finance manager tacked a little more onto what was supposedly an out the door price. I also purchased a pair of crossbars from Subaru of Utica for my roof rails about a week after I took delivery, and when I got home and opened the box they appeared to have been previously opened (plastic straps around box were loose and falling off, no directions, entirely different plastic sleeves covering the crossbars, and the underside screws were loosened on one - Subaru's on-line directions were very specific not to loosen or adjust these screws else risk voiding the warranty). OEM accessories are expensive if not over priced, and I expect brand new & unopened if I buy them. Lose 1 star because of these issues. Overall I'm happy with the transaction and I love my new Crosstrek! Also like Subaru's little extras, like the free badge I found out about on Subaru forums. I didn't really work much with anyone except for Paul, so there will be no ratings for anyone else. Also, I did not finance so related questions remain unanswered. More
