Mr. Whitney was very helpful with our initial problem for which we are very grateful. He stayed in touch with as we drove from West Virginia to Fl. But, when fixing that problem they found our headlight was burned out. We told them to replace it, which they did. After picking the car up ( in the daylight) came to find out that night that light was pointing to the ground and to the left. After calling and leaving 3 messages no one ever called back. Had to have someone else fix it. More

I'll start by saying I've been happy with lokey subaru until this point. They are always expensive for repairs but were at least honest. I rcvd a call from them offering to do our 60k tuneup. They said they were running a special 15% off which they quoted would cost $630 plus tax. We agreed and then drove all the way there at appointment time and the service agent (I think his name was Spencer) said the "call center didn't know (we) have a 6 cylinder" and the cost would actually be about $900. Obviously I know that they did know that we have a 6 cylinder because we had always got our maintenance there. I'm highly disappointed and canceled the service and will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for the service. More
