I did not see a frank - I worked with Tony I traded in my Impreza for a forrester tony was great and he did talk me out of a vw suv that had did not have all wheel drive due to my driving needs - the only my Impreza for a forrester tony was great and he did talk me out of a vw suv that had did not have all wheel drive due to my driving needs - the only thing is my seats needed to be re done due to cigarette burns - they did not do a good job and the holes are visible I was also promised a piece to the trunk and the book to the car and have not received it. The reupholster job is awful and I will now have to look into paying it out myself that is the only thing I am disappointed about I will also need a full detail of the car out of pocket they did not clean the car at all there is make up stains on the mirrors and ceiling of the car and it blowing out cigarette smoke More

I typically enjoyed my experience with this dealer but it took over 4 hours to buy the car. I was the only customer in the building for the last 2 hours just waiting. The bad was that I was told I don't need took over 4 hours to buy the car. I was the only customer in the building for the last 2 hours just waiting. The bad was that I was told I don't need maintenance plans but in case you want them here they are. I heard that for 25 minutes while I was pushed to buy a service contract. I eventually just interrupted the person and said no and this is what I want figured. earlier I told the salesman of the Interest rate I wanted and his manager said no problem we can work on that. Then back in finance it was much higher. I said I'm not buying the car for that rate. I don't need the car. The person then called and email to get me a rate I could accept which was good. So it really was a half good and half tough experience for me. More
