The employees in the service department are always friendly and really seem to enjoy their jobs. I feel like their service prices are fair. As a female, I have had other dealerships try to take advant friendly and really seem to enjoy their jobs. I feel like their service prices are fair. As a female, I have had other dealerships try to take advantage of me by telling me I needed things I knew I didn’t, but I feel that I can trust Subaru of Port Richey with the care of my Toyota services. It was interesting because the car I wanted, the BRZ, was not in stock. Chris worked magically to describe the BRZ's performance, handling, and features using the brochure alone. He was very helpful and I would give him a 10 on your 5 point scaly. As it turned out a BRC was on order, but it was an automatic transmission, and I wanted the six speed manual transmission. Both Chris and his manager, Frank, worked to discover that another dealership in the area who also had none in stock had a manual transmission on order in the color I wanted. So I actually ended up buying the car site unseen. Kudos also to the woman in finance who meticulously walked us through all the contractual parts of the deal. I ended up, including a number of extended warranty features to the purchase. More
