I went in for my complementary oil change and purchased a tire rotation. Associate who welcomed me and helped me was great, however I did ask for my break oil to be topped off as well as the corrosion on my tire rotation. Associate who welcomed me and helped me was great, however I did ask for my break oil to be topped off as well as the corrosion on my batter to be removed. Neither of those things were done as I personally checked when I returned home. It was noted on my invoice for these things to be completed and I’m unsure why they were not and how often this happens to customers or has potentially happened to me and I’ve been unaware. I understand that my complimentary oil change is of no benefit to the service team, but if treated well I am usually inclined to make a purchase of some sort to follow along with my oil change. I was really disappointed to see that these notations were clearly made on the invoice and not addresses. More
