I came from Miami, FL to purchase a 2016 Chevy Colorado, which I did, however the Finance guy Kevin is misleading, told me I would receive Oil/Filter Changes free at any Chevy dealership where I live for 5 which I did, however the Finance guy Kevin is misleading, told me I would receive Oil/Filter Changes free at any Chevy dealership where I live for 5 years... however after closely looking at the Contract I was charged $1,200.00 for a Car Care Plan....I called Kevin several times, no answer, he doesn't return phone calls, finally I spoke with a Sales Manager, he promised I would receive a call from Kevin, I did & Canceled this contract.. Kevin mailed me a Car Care Cancelation form to sign & mail back, which I did..Now I'm calling Kevin to see if he received the form, I'm asking for copy of final completed form from all parties & he's not returning my calls... this is very disrespectful, not professional & I'm thinking 2nd about doing business again with your dealership....
