Joe is the gold standard in customer service It was a rainy morning and Joe had just taken me in to go over my service schedule. A few minutes in and one of the attendants came into the office to It was a rainy morning and Joe had just taken me in to go over my service schedule. A few minutes in and one of the attendants came into the office to let him know that there was a costumer that came in late for her appointment and would appreciate if they were taken care as soon as possible so they could make their next appointment. Joe thanked the attendant and then continued giving me his full attention. It was so great to win without a battle. He showed me right there that he really valued my time. Any dealer can sell you stuff but few really know how important time is. Joe is the BEST. Give him a raise! More

Incomplete Bought a pre-owned car on a Friday. Brought it for service on Monday since the horn wasn’t working. The kept the car for 8 days, had me a rental ( the Bought a pre-owned car on a Friday. Brought it for service on Monday since the horn wasn’t working. The kept the car for 8 days, had me a rental ( they told me it was going to be totally free since the reason of the service was a safety issue). Enterprice charged me an amount of money that they weren’t supposed to, Subaru service manager said they were going to refund the money back, after been at the dealer for several times, and they’ve kept back and foward saying that in a few days I should see the money back in the account, since they ended up talking to the Enterprice manager, long story short, it’s been more than one month and still no refund for what THEY SAID SINCE THE BEGGINING “WE WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING FOR YOU, SINCE IS OUR RESPONSABILITY”. disorganized & very poor time estimation If you plan on going make sure you give yourself ample time beyond what they tell you. I received a notice for a recall and booked my appt online. I received 3 confirmations (phone link, text, email). I called to ask a question and was told they couldn't do the recall on Saturday because it takes 5 hours. I had to reschedule. On the day of my appt the the guy told me it only takes about 2 hours. He kept reassuring me. 4 1/2 hours later I called and was placed on hold for over 7 minutes so I hung up. Then I got a text saying my car was ready. EVERYTIME I go I spend hours there beyond their estimated time. I also called 3 times this past year about the Takata airbag recall (I received 3 notices) and they kept telling me there was no recall on my car, but my car was on the national registry. They really need to get their act together! More

At no time did he try to rush things. And it was an under warranty issue. And the next day the issue was solved before noon time. And the consultant called me to explain what was done and to advise that the car was ready. More
