He does his best to get me in and out, no matter what the issue is. He is very special person. Extremely professional, kind, courteous and willing to do whatever he can to make you happy. Good service recovery I would like to start out with saying that, overall, I am very impressed with the service recovery and the condition of my vehicle after round two. I I would like to start out with saying that, overall, I am very impressed with the service recovery and the condition of my vehicle after round two. I purchased my limited edition Subaru Outback at your dealership in 2017 and have been exclusively using your service department for the recommend routine maintenance and other minor issues I have experienced with the vehicle. Last year, my service adviser, Steven Ross, discussed a promotion you were offering and persuaded me to have a full detail on my vehicle (as I have a toddler who tends to destroy the interior). He told me that it was extremely thorough; taking approximately eight hours to complete, as they detail every inch of the vehicle, including taking the seats out to get it completely clean. I found a rotten apple under the seat as we were dropping the vehicle off that time and was relieved that it was going to be thoroughly detailed. My car was returned in what looked (and smelled) like new condition. When it was time to get my most recent recommended services, we had just returned from a very muddy adventure in the mountains and my car was filthy, inside and out. When I met with my service advisor, Steven, I told him that in addition to the routine maintenance, I would also like to have the same level of detailing as last time, and if possible, would like to have some dents removed. He was extremely accommodating, as usual, and was able to get all of that, plus tinting repair completed in two days time. Because I live two hours away from your dealership, Steven, has been very helpful in arranging for a loaner vehicle, which I really appreciate. I was unable to return until the following Monday due to my work schedule, but everyone was very accommodating and understanding and the nice young lady that checks people in the service department (sorry that I did not catch her name) even helped keep an eye on my sleeping toddler while I ran inside to pay. Unfortunately, as they pulled my vehicle up, I noticed that some of the dents that were supposed to be repaired had not been repaired and there was dirt and goldfish crackers under the seat and large black spots all over the upholstery. It was clearly obvious that the seats were not removed, or even cleaned under, and that I did not receive the same quality detailing as the year prior. My service advisor was not available at that time but the service manager Chris came out and listened to my concerns and confirmed my that the requested work did not get completed as described. He asked for "a chance to make it right" and to keep my vehicle to take it back to be reserviced to my satisfaction. I returned the following week to pick up my vehicle and the dents had been completely removed and the exterior looked fantastic. The interior was improved, but there were still goldfish crackers under the seat, so clearly the seats were still not removed for cleaning. Chris noticed I was inspecting my vehicle and came over to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction. I informed him that it still had not been cleaned under the seats, but was much improved and that I did not want to leave my vehicle any longer. The excellent customer service recovery will keep me coming back. The rude receptionist, Jasmine, who lied to me, said my service adviser was not available, would not transfer me to anyone that could help me, and told me that they could not reserve a loaner vehicle for me, even though that is how it has been done in the past, almost made me cancel my scheduled services and not ever come back. I mentioned this during my visit and it seems to have been resolved. If anyone else experiences this, please do not let it deter you from purchasing a vehicle here or having your vehicle serviced here, just ask to speak with anyone else, because everyone else there seems to be great and they really care that you have an excellent experience with them. I am overall, very pleased and plan to purchase my next Subaru here. More
