Great experience taking care of recall fixes. Everything from making the appointment to having the work done was perfect. All of the staff I encountered were courteous and professional. Steven asked if I had recently had an oil change (I hadn't), and reminded me of when it was recommended, but he did not pressure me to do it there and then. The car was washed before it was returned to me, and while I waited I was kept informed of progress. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I don't live close by, but I'll come back here when I need Subaru service again. More

Communication nonexistent Subaru of Pembroke Pines is a complete let down. My car was towed in to the service department and of the 8 days it’s been there I was only contacted Subaru of Pembroke Pines is a complete let down. My car was towed in to the service department and of the 8 days it’s been there I was only contacted once, and that was the day it was towed in. I don’t know if my car is done, I don’t know if the car is waiting for parts, and to get a live person on the phone with the exception of the front desk girl would possibly take an act of Congress. I’ll can also report that dropping your vehicle off after hours is much quicker than dropping off during business hours. I had to wait 45 minutes to speak to an advisor vs 10 minutes to fill out a key drop envelope. They’re pretty good at throwing false accusations when they’re frustrated, quick to point the finger right back at you for issues on your car. I don’t recommend this dealership for any repairs. Lastly I was told that my car was getting washed, when I picked it up it still had the same amount of brake dust on the wheels, and a ton of oak leaves (it was never washed). More
