Great Service Department Love this service center....I live in south Miami Dade County and it takes me approximately 45 minutes to an hour to get to Subaru of Pembroke Pines, Love this service center....I live in south Miami Dade County and it takes me approximately 45 minutes to an hour to get to Subaru of Pembroke Pines, but the service department is so wonderful that I do not mind the travel. They far exceed any service department I have ever been to. Steven is my service advisor and he is knowledgeable, personable, and prompt with informing me of any service required. More

Brought my Subí Cross I have only great things to say about my experience with Subaru at Pembroke Pines. My Service Advisor Steven Ross is awesome. Brought my Subí Crosstrek in for 3 recalls and not only did they do an excellent job with the repair, they also caught a number of different issues with my car and took care of them under warranty. It was great I arrived about fifteen minutes early. About 5 or 10 minutes later Stephen came to explain to me what they had to check on my Forester and he told me I arrived about fifteen minutes early. About 5 or 10 minutes later Stephen came to explain to me what they had to check on my Forester and he told me how much it was going to be moneywise. He said it would take about 1 1/2 hours. When the job was done he came to let me know that the inspection did not reveal any problems. He explained everything that was done and asked if I wanted to wait until they washed my SUV. He said it would take about 20 more minutes. Everyone was very friendly and professional. It was a great experience. No complaints. More
