Lived up to my low expectations of dealerships. Came in for 18 month oil change. Car had 16k miles. Had a 1:30 appointment. Brought car in at 1. Car wasn't done until at least 3:15. It's this reason Came in for 18 month oil change. Car had 16k miles. Had a 1:30 appointment. Brought car in at 1. Car wasn't done until at least 3:15. It's this reason I do things myself. Oil change and rotation for me w/o a lift would take 30 min. Big reason #2 for avoiding dealerships: the constant xx up selling of service that is not needed (and which is not under warranty). They've pushed alignments every visit without need, symptoms of misalignment, or even checking it. This time they pushed a brake fluid flush..... yeah.. with 16k miles. Not even recommended til at least 30k miles in manual. I've also never actually heard of that being necessary with some real contamination issues. It's just sick. I see them giving a bunch of seniors the xxxx run around there every time I wait. Disgusting. Again, not really worth saving the 30 bucks it would cost me to do the maintenance. More

Great service Went in with a phantom noise problem, we couldn’t duplicate it, but Joe pulled up the info. There was a recall which was promptly addressed. Joe is awesome. Average service, slow to no communication I waited 45 min before being seen in the waiting room, then finally once they took the car for diagnosing they came back and said it would be 1.5 hour I waited 45 min before being seen in the waiting room, then finally once they took the car for diagnosing they came back and said it would be 1.5 hours, when I said I couldn’t do the repair, they said said it would take just as long to put the car back together and I mind as well let the just do the repairs. I was stuck, and it was already late. I had previously mentioned I couldn’t stay past a certain time, which was already rapidly approaching and that I’d need a car if it was going to be past a certain time which had already passed. I was stuck and my kid therefore was stuck too! I was very annoyed. The service advisor said oh sorry we don’t have a car. So I was totally stuck. Not good communication in my opinion. They could definitely have handled the situation a lot better had they not made me wait 45 minutes in the waiting area before even looking at my car. I shouldn’t of had to go and find my service writer just to get a mechanic to even look at my car. More
Great Service Department Love this service center....I live in south Miami Dade County and it takes me approximately 45 minutes to an hour to get to Subaru of Pembroke Pines, Love this service center....I live in south Miami Dade County and it takes me approximately 45 minutes to an hour to get to Subaru of Pembroke Pines, but the service department is so wonderful that I do not mind the travel. They far exceed any service department I have ever been to. Steven is my service advisor and he is knowledgeable, personable, and prompt with informing me of any service required. More

Brought my Subí Cross I have only great things to say about my experience with Subaru at Pembroke Pines. My Service Advisor Steven Ross is awesome. Brought my Subí Crosstrek in for 3 recalls and not only did they do an excellent job with the repair, they also caught a number of different issues with my car and took care of them under warranty. So, big thanks to my Subi Family for a job well done. Happy Holidays More
