Great service! My wife and I are on vacation during this pandemic! Getting ready to head back when tire service light came on and being OCD my wife insisted we get vehicle serviced, oil change, tires rotated etc... We called Pembroke Pines dealership and were advised to come right over, that they had special protocols in place in keeping with Pandemic guidelines., We arrived and were greeted by Joe Salerno the service advisor, gloved and masked, prompt, efficient service, observed vehicle cleaned and pretty much sanitized when maintenance was completed. Woke up with a tickle in my throat! Kidding, we were really pleased with this establishment and would not hesitate to frequent this dealership in the future! More
Disrespectful Employee (Service Department) On April 03, 2020 I visited Subaru of Pembroke Pines for my regular scheduled service on my 2019 Subaru Ascent. Upon my arrival I was greeted by an em On April 03, 2020 I visited Subaru of Pembroke Pines for my regular scheduled service on my 2019 Subaru Ascent. Upon my arrival I was greeted by an employee (Kevin, we will revisit this name shortly) at the service bay that completed a walk around of my vehicle and used a tablet to record same. Before leaving, I did the very same with my cellphone in order to have my own version should any damage to vehicle arise. Fast forward a few hours later, I picked up my car and drove home. Upon arriving home I noticed my dash camera was unplugged. I plugged it back in to discover the employee that drove my car into the back of the dealership towards the service bays states the following upon entering my car. "Hey Kev, did you already do a walk-through of this car? ("Kev" aka Kevin) says yes. This "Stellar Employee" then proceeds to say "Did you see "GOOFY" (apparently me) walking around filming his own video, I started laughing at him when I saw that". He then proceeds to exit the car and hears the "recording" message from the dash camera. He then says "holy $hit", a few moments later camera is unplugged. I contacted the dealership and spoke with service manager (Chris Vazquez) who apologized and stated that is unacceptable and will speak to employee. In summary, if not for this experience, I would've been a happy customer. Joe is an awesome service advisor and it's unfortunate he needs to be surrounded by other employees that degrade the overall service experience. I paid over $100 for the service performed today. Needless to say, this is the last time I take my vehicle for service at this dealership. More

I own a 2017 STI and I experienced the motor knocking and ended up then not turning over. I was advised to take the car to Pembroke Pines where I first met Jorge (Parts Manager) who went out of his way and ended up then not turning over. I was advised to take the car to Pembroke Pines where I first met Jorge (Parts Manager) who went out of his way and set me up directly with the Service Manager, who then appointed me Joe as my Service Advisor. From there things took off and between Jorge and Joe, I had the best experience. Jorge would give me weekly updates while Joe made sure I was taken care and in the end I receive my car back in 100% working condition. I’m one who hates dealerships, but these guys changed my perspective and from now on I will be bringing my car to them only and mind you I live in Kendall. Thank you Jorge and Joe and everyone who put their time in my car, I appreciate it to the extreme! More
