A vehicle is only as safe as its tires are reliable. Less than 2 months into driving our new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, one of the tires failed catastrophically, blowing out on the interstate. While this dealership did acknowledge that there was no damage or debris found on the tire's driving surface, they also insisted we purchase a replacement tire despite emphasizing that such an incident was "unheard of". Leaving a review in case it is part of a larger trend of defective tires causing unnecessary risk and cost to drivers behind the wheel of a new Subaru. Update: After hearing back from the dealership, they were able to resolve my concerns. Thank you especially to Rosalie Marti, Service Manager, for stepping in. More

The worst experience in my life. Before I purchase my Subaru 2020 Legacy I did my research and it stated it was one of the safest cars on the road. Well that a lie. My car is less than 3 years old, and the car completed shut off on me at the light. I called Subaru roadside service and it took them 3 hours to tow my car to the dealership. Please note I was stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours for the dispatcher to say he don't care I'm a woman that is stuck on the side of the road. He hung up on me serval times as well very rude. So, I finally got my car tow to Subaru service dept. For the mechanic and the service advisor to tell me because I jump start the car it caused the fuse to blow and the battery to die. Which was not the case. I never jump started my car and like I stated before the car shut off on me at the light. So, I told them I didn't jump start my car and the towing company just tow my car, but he proceeds to keep repeating the same thing. So, I ask them so what you saying I'm lying. I had to call my friend which is a mechanic and then the story changes. Now the story is something to do with auto start. So, at this point I feel as if they didn't do their job by repairing my car no research was done. I feel it was a rush job and I really don't feel safe in this car. My car should not have this type of major issues it less than 3 years old. Oh, to top it off I was as the service department about 2 weeks ago because the check engine light came on....I can go on and on.. As you can see this car has been nothing but a pain for me. More
