Next comes the negotiating involving a lot of back and forth with a lot of waiting in between. Once we arrived at a mutually agreeable price, the paper work started. The insurance had to be changed which was done quickly. Unfortunately, the finance department was backed up so I had a long wait. The finance consultant was very helpful and once I signed a gazillion forms, I could leave. Overall, I was at the dealership for 4 hours. I am satisfied with my purchase and with all the personnel that I had contact with. This is the 3rd Forester I have purchased from this dealership. I also use them for servicing my cars. More

When drove the new car home (60 miles trip) noticed a chip in the paint. They gave me no hassle and promised to make good. When I returned to have the chip touched up I was told that it would not be touched up (it's a new car and should be perfect") so to do it correctly the entire bumper was repainted. Given a loaner car to return the following day. More
