From the polite gentleman who met me to take my car in, to Jaime who was my service manager, and ending with the gentleman who returned my car after the complimentary was, I really appreciated the professi to Jaime who was my service manager, and ending with the gentleman who returned my car after the complimentary was, I really appreciated the professionalism and politeness. They were all very informative, helpful, and considerate. I liked that I was able to get text updates and detailed explanations of the process. My appointment was for 9 am and I did have a little wait time but nothing excessive. Not a bad first experience at all. More
